The role you’ll contribute:

The Clinical Associate (CA) is a non-licensed support person functioning as a member of the patient care team. The CA provides direct patient care and performs duties within their competency level to ensure optimal patient care, working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

  • Provide a clean patient care environment and uphold all principles of infection control.
  • Follow organizational guidelines for effective hand hygiene.
  • Adhere to standard precautions as directed.
  • Maintain a neat and clean patient environment by changing linens, emptying trash, and keeping hallways clean and free of clutter and equipment.
  • Perform environmental tasks as delegated with minimal supervision.
Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • No Previous Experience Required
  • BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of 1st Semester of Clinical Nursing in an Accredited School of Nursing
  • 1+ Years of Position-Related Experience
  • CNA or PCT Course completion
