Job summary

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, oral care, and dressing
• Performing and recording accurate measurements, including vital signs and intake/output as instructed in care plans
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPPA requirements and agency policies and procedures
• Possessing the ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Reporting abnormal findings in patient conditions as observed and per care plan to RNs

Requirements:

• Must be a certified nursing assistant with proof of certification
• A minimum of one-year full-time experience in direct patient care in an institution setting (hospital or nursing facility) or one-year full-time experience within the last five years in direct client care or an agency setting
• Ability to work positively and favorably with clients, families, and staff
• Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude
