Job summary

Olivia-Restorative-Therapy-and-Nursing in Minnesota seeks compassionate CNAs to join our Meadowcrest Estates team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor basic health data, and provide companionship in a supportive, home-like setting.

We offer facility-paid CNA training for those not yet certified, competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and a positive work environment that promotes growth and development for every team member.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Minnesota or ability to obtain CNA certification within 4 months.
• Facility-paid CNA class and training available for those not yet certified.

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, meals)

• Communicate resident needs and changes to the nursing team
• Ensure residents' dignity, safety, and comfort at all times
