Job summary

Coulee Medical Center in Grand Coulee, WA is seeking a NA-C to join our night shift team. This full-time position provides patient-centered care under the DNS, including vital signs, feeding, bathing, and ambulation, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The NA-C will document visits, advocate for patients, and stay current with best practices while supporting the hospital's mission to deliver compassionate care to our community.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State NA-C License.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care tasks under the direction of the DNS.
• Vital signs, feeding, bathing, assisting with bathroom needs, ambulation, and documentation.
• Document patient visits thoroughly and accurately according to current standards of care.
• Advocate for quality and patient safety and stay up-to-date on developments in NA-C practice.
• Work toward meeting patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in a dignified manner.

This full-time night shiftposition performs a variety of patient care tasks under the direction of the DNS. These tasks include but are not limited to vital signs, feeding, bathing, assisting with bathroom needs, ambulation, and documentation. Concurrently this position works as an advocate for quality and patient safety by thoroughly documenting the patient visit in a manner consistent with current standards of care. The NA-C is expected to keep up-to-date on new developments in their field; while working towards attaining the goal of meeting the patients physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in a dignified manner consistent with the Mission and Vision of Coulee Medical Center.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State NA-C License

BONUS DETAILS SIGN-ON & RETENTION:

• $1,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid upon hire)
• $750 1-year Retention Bonus
• $750 2-year Retention Bonus
• *Any person who has been employed with Coulee Medical Center in the last 24 months is not eligible to receive recruitment related sign-on and/or retention bonuses
• $1.75/hr. night differential/$1.25/hr. weekend differential
