Day/Evening Rotation Hours: 6a-2:30p, 2p-1030p, 6a-6:30p

Job Summary
:
Assists in the safe care of the patient on the 6 Tower unit as directed. Assists in maintaining safe and efficient unit operations and utilizes excellent customer service skills. Permitted to change patient from portable O2 to wall O2.
Education
Minimum:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
Current enrollment or completion of a Nursing Assistant training program
Registration/Certification/Licensure
:
Healthcare Provider CPR and Act 33/73 Clearances
Experience
Minimum:
None
Preferred:
Previous experience working as a nursing assistant in an acute care facility.
Other Requirements
:
Comprehensive Crisis Management per policy. Responsible to safely access, transport, and handle single dose medications to includeprescription and non-prescription medications. Responsible to safely access, transport, and handle sharps, such as needles, suture kits,lancets, syringes, etc.
