Job summary

Samaritan Medical Center in the United States is seeking a Nursing Assistant for onsite, part-time night shifts. You will provide compassionate patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse and support daily living activities, mobility, and comfort.

Qualifications

This individual provides direct patient care and works collaboratively with other patient care team members including the patient and family, to achieve optimal patient outcomes. All care is provided under the direction and supervision of a registered or licensed nurse. The Nursing Assistant assists with activities of daily living and delegated patient care treatments and procedures. Is responsible to assist with ambulation of patients, turning patients and promoting comfort.* Previous experience or graduated from a Nursing Assistant program preferred.* Ability to document on medical records and patient care forms and understand printed health related material.* One year or more experience as a Nurse Assistant preferable.* Computer experience preferred.
