Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients in a rural, community-focused setting. Under nursing supervision, you will assist with activities of daily living and provide safe, respectful care.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, helping with mobility, hygiene and meals, keeping the environment clean and safe, and collaborating with nurses across inpatient and outpatient care to ensure continuity.

Qualifications

• Must be currently certified as a CNA.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
