Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on patient care across rural healthcare settings including hospital, clinic, and senior living facilities.

You will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, support safe mobility, and document changes for the care team while collaborating with RNs and LPNs to ensure dignified, respectful care.
