Job summary

Pinnacle Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate CNA to assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing and dining, to promote comfort and safety on each shift.

Responsibilities include responding to call lights, observing and reporting changes, and documenting care accurately. Shifts include 7a-3p; positions available full-time and part-time; weekend work required on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Assists residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, dining, and activities.
• Provides safe, comfortable, and respectful care.
• Responds to residents' and family requests/call lights promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to support independence.
• Observe, record, and report changes in resident status to charge nurse or director of nursing.
• Accurately document care provided and any concerns.
