Job Summary:

We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team asNon-Certified Nursing Assistants. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, the Non-Certified CNA provides basic care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to residents or patients. This is an entry-level position that offers hands-on experience in the healthcare field with opportunities for future certification and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care

  • Support residents with mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair) using proper safety techniques

  • Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed

  • Report any changes in resident condition or behavior to nursing staff promptly

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as making beds and tidying resident rooms

  • Accurately document care activities as instructed

  • Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times

  • Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and code of conduct

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
