We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team asNon-Certified Nursing Assistants. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, the Non-Certified CNA provides basic care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to residents or patients. This is an entry-level position that offers hands-on experience in the healthcare field with opportunities for future certification and advancement.
Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care
Support residents with mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair) using proper safety techniques
Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
Report any changes in resident condition or behavior to nursing staff promptly
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
Perform light housekeeping duties such as making beds and tidying resident rooms
Accurately document care activities as instructed
Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times
Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and code of conduct
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting is a plus but not required
Ability to obtain CNA certification within [state-required timeframe or facility-specific time frame]
Basic understanding of caregiving practices and patient care
Good communication and interpersonal skills
