Job summary

Concord Village Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a dedicated STNA to join our nursing team in Painesville, Ohio. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring health,status and maintaining a safe, caring environment.

You will document care, support dining and personal care, and communicate changes to licensed staff. We value kindness, reliability, and a positive attitude to help residents thrive.

Responsibilities

• Assist and encourage clients to perform daily activities.
• Take weights on new admissions.
• Chart daily in Point Click Care.
• Be friendly to all clients and their families.
• Alert the nurse if changes in client health, ability or condition.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Serve clients meals and assist with eating.
• Ensure the most dependent clients are clean, dry and turned.
• Help clients get ready for their day, dressed, groomed and bathed.
