Carolina Care Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, RN, or LPN. The role includes supervising activities of daily living, serving meals, and delivering person-centered care per the resident care plan.

Responsibilities also include taking vital signs, documenting care, assisting with transfers, maintaining resident dignity, and effective communication with residents, families, and staff.

Full Job Description

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Supervise and assist with activities of daily living

• Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed

• Provide person-centered care to each resident based on their care plan

• Take and record vital signs

• Perform patient care as directed by RN/LPN in safe manner according to policy and procedure
