$39,222.00/yr - $64,031.00/yr
This is an Open & Continuous Announcement and will remain open until 05/01/2026 to fill current and future NA - Long Term Care vacancies for various shifts at the Montrose and Castle Point Campuses. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis and qualified candidates will be referred for consideration as vacancies become available.
The Community Living Center (CLC) Nursing Assistant (NA) will work in a Long Term Care Unit at either the Montrose or Castle Point Campus. The NA performs assignments within Nursing Service, may work outside of the CLC as needed, and must work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include:

Applicants pending education/certification may be considered; minimum requirements include U.S. citizenship, experience or education related to nursing assistance, and English proficiency. Grade levels GS-3 to GS-5 are described with specific experience, education, and KSAs for each. Preferred experience includes certification and mental health work.
Position involves lifting, standing, bending, walking, and exposure to hazards, with specific sensory and environmental demands.
Only accredited education recognized by the U.S. Department of Education qualifies. Foreign education requires certification of equivalency.
