Job Description:
POSITION TITLE: Nursing Arts Simulation and Learning Resource Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Health Sciences
PRIMARY LOCATION: Fall River
REPORTS TO: Director, Nursing
STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Nursing Arts Simulation and Learning Resource Coordinator is responsible for supervision of the Nursing Arts Lab. The Nursing Arts Simulation and Learning Resource Coordinator provides clinical, educational, and technical expertise in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the patient simulation initiative. Responsible for working with faculty, staff, and students to ensure the highest quality simulation learning activities are integrated and implemented across the nursing program. The Nursing Arts Simulation and Learning Resource Coordinator will have administrative and teaching responsibilities. Collaborating with the Department Chair and Director of Nursing, the Nursing Arts and Simulation Director ensures academic rigor and curricular alignment of the simulation programs. The Nursing Arts and Simulation Director will work to ensure that the needs of current and prospective students are aligned with the overall mission of the College and the standards of accreditation (ACEN). The Nursing Arts Simulation and Learning Resource Coordinator will serve as an expert in simulation-based education.

The Nursing Arts Simulation and Learning Resource Coordinator will have teaching responsibilities spread throughout the Academic Year and as determined by the Director of Nursing and the Dean of Health Science, based on the program needs.

Additional Information:
POSITION STATUS: This is a full-time MCCC/MTA, tenure-track unit position with benefits.
SALARY: Minimum salary is $59,244.00 to Maximum $69,336 (Labor Grade 5) - actual salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience in accordance with the MCCC/MTA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
