• Serve on the Academic Advisory Committee.
• Assist in coordinating Advising Week and scheduling.
• Coordinate access to transcripts from four-year colleges.
• Assist with inquiries regarding degree requirements and transferability.
• Maintain knowledge of advising practices in nursing and allied health.
• Compile applicant information for division programs.
• Assist in planning training workshops for faculty advisors.
• Coordinate College access to the STARS system.
• Attend career fairs as needed.
• Assist students during registration periods.
• Explain admissions, records, grading, and registration policies to students and staff.
• Confer with students on records and policies.
• Promote positive campus relations for the Advising Center.
