Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care.
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist admissions, discharges, and transfers as requested.
• Prepare patient rooms for new admissions.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Record meal intake and assist with personal care.
• Maintain patient hygiene and safety while moving/turning patients.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
