Job summary

Villa Santa Barbara, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Nursing Aide to support residents with daily living activities, medication assistance, and compassionate care. The role focuses on dignity, independence, and a warm, resident-centered environment in Santa Barbara.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medication assistance, treatments, and care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escort residents within and outside the building as needed.
• Assist with setting up, serving meals and cleanup afterwards.
• Assist with planning and executing resident activities on a regular schedule.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities Include
