You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and help with mobility and comfort, while maintaining safety and quality of care for residents.

Certification from a state approved CNA program must be obtained within four months of hire; basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have reading, writing, speaking and understanding of English.
• Certification from a state approved CNA program must be obtained within four months of hire.
• Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Obtain and record Vital Signs and weights per policy.
• Assist patients with ambulation and transfers.
• Position patients in correct body alignment in and out of bed.
