The Rehabilitation and Enterprises Division plays a critical role in Montana’s correctional system — supporting the physical and mental well‑being of inmates, providing education and job‑readiness programs, guiding community reintegration, and offering trauma‑informed services to victims. As a Nursing Aide in our 24/7 Infirmary Unit, you’ll be at the heart of clinical care inside a secure facility. The unit features 13 inpatient beds and supports more than 1,400 inmates, offering a uniquely dynamic and meaningful healthcare environment. In this role you will:
