Zusammenfassung

Diversicare Sedgwick is seeking an experienced RN supervisor to lead nursing staff in a patient-centered environment. You will assist in interviewing applicants, participate in orientation and in-service training, schedule shifts, and help enforce policies.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, at least three years of nursing experience with supervisory exposure, and strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills to support clinical care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• RN with a current license by State Board of Nursing.
• At least three years of nursing experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

• Assist in interviewing applicants
• Scheduling

• Ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel
