Job summary

Oak Valley Hospital District is seeking a dynamic House Supervisor for our Nursing Administration to oversee throughput and flow of patients during assigned shifts. The role serves as a liaison between nursing staff, managers, administration, and ancillary departments to maintain continuity of care and operational excellence.

Reporting to the CNO/VP of Nursing, the House Supervisor will coordinate staffing and support clinical teams while ensuring safe, effective care in a busy acute setting.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Graduate of a RN School of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred.
• National Certification in related specialty preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of acute care experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience should be in ER, OR, ICU or equivalent critical care environment.
• Current AHA BLS
• Current AHA ACLS
• Current AHA PALS or ENPC

• Oversee throughput and patient flow during assigned shifts as a liaison between nursing staff, managers, administration, and ancillary departments.
• Ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care delivery; coordinate staffing and support clinical teams.
