St. Tammany Health System seeks an experienced Director to provide administrative leadership for the hospital and oversee nursing supervisors, staff pools, and staffing coordination to support care for all hospitalized patients.

Responsible for daily clinical operations, service quality, policy implementation, and innovative approaches to care; accountable for 24-hour delivery of competent, compassionate care to all patients.

Qualifications

• Five years clinical experience in hospitalized patient care.
• Two years of progressive management experience (e.g., Charge Nurse or Supervisory roles).
• Active Louisiana RN licensure.
• Current BLS and ALS certifications via ILCOR courses.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative leadership for the hospital and lead nurse supervisors, resource flex pool staff, and staffing coordinator.
• Support daily clinical operations of the hospital and frontline clinicians.
• Ensure excellent customer service, quality care, policy implementation, and innovation.
• Be accountable for 24/7 delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient care.
