Job description

Job Responsibilities:
• Support and assist Nurse Manager and nursing team in the daily administrative duties.
• Prepare and process new admissions.
• Collate and compile Clinical Quality Indicators & data.
• Writing of minutes for nursing meetings.
• Coordination of visitors’ appointments for Nursing Home residents.
• Upkeep and collation of Vaccination records for residents and staff.
• Collation and upkeep of residents database for ACP/PPC.
• Coordination of Vaccination Exercise for staff and residents.
• Prepare Purchase requisitions.
• Management of medical supplies inventory & distribution.
• Registration of staff trainings and collating of staff training records.
• Nursing Home branch support (e.g Vendor coordination / records keeping for NH operations)
• Order & manage office supplies & equipment.
• Assist in coordinating of internal events/celebrations.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements:
• Excellent communicator.
• Able to understand the needs of residents.
• Able to work in teams achieve the clinical and service goals.
• Good understanding of legislation and policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications include Sharepoint.
• Passionate about caring for seniors.
• Relevant experience in healthcare sector an added advantage.
