Allegria Nursing & Rehabilitation of Port Jefferson has Full-time and Part-time opportunities for dedicated registered nurses and L.P.N.'s to join our team. Available shifts are 7-3pm, 3-11pm, and 11-7am. We offer an excellent salary, dynamic work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• RN UNIT MANAGER - (ALL SHIFTS) - Will oversee the nursing unit and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, have a strong clinical background, and be able to effectively manage and motivate a team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
• RN SUPERVISOR - (3P TO 11P) - Will be responsible for the overall operation and optimal quality of care for the residents on the assigned unit.
• Follows all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the facility's administration and nursing policies and procedures.
• L.P.N. (1199 SEIU BENEFITS - ALL SHIFTS) - Successful candidates will have a sincere passion for working with the elderly population. We are looking for a highly professional LPN who is comfortable communicating on all levels.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program with a current license to practice in New York State.
• Demonstrates interest in the special needs of geriatric patients and possesses an ability to integrate principles of geriatric nursing into nursing practice.
• Ability to establish effective interpersonal relations with patients, staff, and families.
