Job summary

Express Healthcare is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join various Skilled Nursing and Rehab Facilities in Honolulu for PRN per diem shifts. You will provide high quality care, support rehabilitation, and help patients recover, with RN rates up to $53/hr and LPN rates up to $40/hr.

Shifts are flexible in the Honolulu area (Liliha, McCully, Hawaii Kai). Must hold Hawaii LPN/RN license, have CPR/BLS, and pass a two-step TB/Chest X-Ray within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Hawaii LPN or RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification current.
• Two-step TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months.
• Two-step fingerprinting as part of credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care in a SNF or rehab setting.
• Support rehabilitation efforts and patient recovery.
• Contribute to a compassionate care environment and teamwork.
