Job summary

Franklin Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs to join our care team in Franklin, Tennessee. This full-time role offers an $8,500 sign-on bonus and the chance to work in a team-driven environment focused on resident well-being.

You will supervise CNAs, participate in admissions and transfers, administer medications per orders, and help develop care plans while maintaining PHI confidentiality.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Unrestricted Tennessee LPN or RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of CNAs and ensure policy adherence.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Assess resident conditions and administer medications per orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report changes to nurse supervisor and document factors affecting work.
• Perform other duties per leadership.

Nurse Position Summary

As a LPN or RN at Franklin Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident's conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Nurse Requirements

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Tennessee
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
