Avante at Boca Raton is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPN) or registered nurses (RN) to join our care team. Full and part-time roles are available across all shifts, with shift differentials offered. You will provide direct nursing care, follow current standards and guidelines, and contribute to high-quality resident outcomes.

The LPN or RN will provide direct nursing care to the residents and will perform the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility, and as directed by the Director of Nursing Services, Assistant Director of Nursing Services and Administrator, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements.
• Must speak and understand English. - Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures and laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.
