Job summary

N Family Club is seeking a Room Manager for our Twickenham West nursery. You will lead a team of Educators, drive the N Curriculum, and ensure high-quality early years education and care.

You will role-model outstanding practice, coach staff, and engage with parents to support each child’s learning journey. A Level 3 EY qualification and Paediatric First Aid are essential, with opportunities for development and career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or nursery practitioner).
• Experience in leading and coaching a team.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and be willing to update that training regularly.

Our Room Managers should have…

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Third in Charge, or nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, or early years educator).
• For Baby Room Managers, you will need previous experience working with children under 2.
• Experience in leading and coaching a team.
• A background in leading consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and a commitment to remain compliant.
• Relevant safeguarding/child protection training and be willing to update that training regularly.
• A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.
• A positive, glass-half-full outlook.
