Proforma Health Inc in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced RN to join our Nursery team. You will deliver direct neonatal nursing care in the nursery setting and support families during the postpartum period with education and guidance.

You will monitor newborn health, respond to clinical changes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, effective, family-centered care and emotional support for families.

Formación

• Must hold a current RN license.
• Strong neonatal care and newborn assessment skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate education and guidance to families.

RN Nursery provides nurturing, comprehensive nursing care to newborns and supports families during the postpartum period. You will work as part of a dedicated care team to ensure the newest patients receive high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN licensure
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care and newborn assessment
• Compassion, empathy, and the ability to build trust with families
• Knowledge of early childhood development and newborn care practices
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment
