Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children’s development and progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
• Support the day-to-day operation of the nursery and maintain high standards of care.
• Follow and implement the EYFS framework.
• Lead by example and demonstrate best practice in early years education.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support children’s learning and development.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance the nursery environment and children’s experiences.
