Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in church/non-profit or for-profit administrative support.
• Experience leading teams or working with volunteers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pray with and for Early Childhood ministry teams, classes, and families.
• Attend weekly staff prayer and trainings.
• Create and manage volunteer profiles in Planning Center (PCO).
• Recruit, onboard, and train volunteers.
• Schedule volunteers in PCO for birth – 24m and manage substitutions.
• Ensure classrooms are ready for Sunday morning and orderly after services.
• Foster a safe, loving environment and strong volunteer relationships.
• Lead milestone events and participate in EC events.
• Provide welcome gifts to new moms and support curriculum planning.
