We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or Acting Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and progress into a Nursery Manager position.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, newly established Montessori nursery in Uxbridge, registered for up to 50 children aged 2–5 years. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact, introduce new ideas and work closely with a supportive and enthusiastic management team.
We are looking for a passionate, motivated and ambitious childcare professional who has strong EYFS knowledge and the leadership skills to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery.
You may already be an experienced Nursery Manager, or you could be an established Deputy/Assistant Manager with around 3 years' senior childcare experience who is now ready to step up.
You will receive support and guidance as you develop into the role, with the opportunity to build your management experience and progress your career within a growing nursery group.
You will be joining a friendly and progressive team where you can have genuine input into the development of a new nursery setting, implement your own ideas and develop your leadership and management skills.
If you have the relevant qualifications and experience and are ready to take the next step in your childcare career, we would love to hear from you.
