Pensacola Christian College is seeking a Nursery Infant Staff member for the MacKenzie Building. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with parents and staff, maintain daily records, and support the Nursery Director.

Qualifications

• 10 hours child care training annually.
• 40 hours child care training in first 15 months.
• Child and Baby First Aid, CPR, and AED training required.

Meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of each infant and interact appropriately.**Maintain Childcare Guidelines** Follow state childcare requirements and ministry standards, including department schedules and routines for feeding, diapering, napping, and engaging infants. Provide a clean, safe, and organized environment that meets state and ministry guidelines.**Communicate Effectively** Communicate clearly with parents, staff assigned to your area, and the Nursery Director. Always maintain confidentiality according to established guidelines.**Assist the Area Coordinator** Maintain accurate daily records on changing, feeding, sleeping, and other notes for parents.
