Job summary

Moon Valley Nurseries is looking for a versatile yard associate to support operations and customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining an organized yard, servicing equipment, and assisting customers with loading and unloading plants and merchandise.

Ideal candidates will have flexibility to work weekends and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A High School diploma is preferred, and prior experience with tools or yard work is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor and stand/walk for long periods.
• Familiarity with operating power and hand tools safely.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
• Customer service orientation to assist shoppers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and maintaining the nursery yard for a clean, attractive appearance.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on nursery equipment and tools.
• Assist with loading/unloading plants and nursery products into various vehicles.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
