We are looking for someone who truly enjoys the green industry. As a Nursery Crew Member, you will help our clients develop and maintain outstanding landscapes by properly caring for and transporting quality plant material. You will work with a team to perform nursery maintenance and transport duties safely and efficiently while paying close attention to detail and quality.

Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here:

1. Maintaining and transporting plant material using landscaping tools and equipment in a safe manner
2. Performing nursery site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material
3. Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients.
4. Performing other tasks as assigned

Requirements

1. Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions
2. Reliable transportation
3. Valid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check

Preferred Skills & Experience

1. Bilingual in English and Spanish
2. Green industry experience is strongly preferred
