Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the AMC-Summit Hyperbaric and Wound Care team. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, following nursing process and established standards to ensure safety and high-quality outcomes.

As a clinical RN, you will collaborate with wound care providers, participate in safety huddles, and support patients across the continuum—from outpatient visits to inpatient care in a Magnet-recognized hospital

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Wisconsin.
• Experience in wound care or hyperbaric settings is a plus.
• Strong patient-centered communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Collaborate with wound care providers to optimize patient outcomes across the continuum of care.
• Participate in safety huddles, maintain clinical standards, and support inpatient and outpatient activities.
