Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• At least 1 year of LPN/RN experience in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of Matrixcare or similar EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs on the unit to ensure high-quality care.
• Develop and revise care plans in collaboration with RNs and physicians.
• Monitor clinical systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide mentorship and onboarding for new staff.
• Ensure accurate medication administration and documentation.
