Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in patient care and infection control.
• Oversee clinical protocols related to anatomy, sterile processing, catheterization, IV infusion, and emergency medicine.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ICD-10 standards.
• Provide training to nursing staff on behavioral health and emergency procedures.
• Address staffing issues or conflicts to maintain a cohesive work environment.
