Qualifications

• Licensed RN with active license in Indiana
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a nurse leadership/management role
• Experience coordinating care in a hospital or clinical unit

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day unit operations and patient care quality
• Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient flow and outcomes
• Lead and mentor the nursing team including RNs and LPNs
• Build and maintain relationships with patients, families, and staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance

• Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and other healthcare professionals to achieve desired outcomes

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
