Position Details

We are seeking a Unit Manager / Nurse Supervisor to work 7:00 am - 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise nursing care according to regulations and guidelines.
2. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
3. Implement resident care plans and conduct assessments.
4. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, families, and visitors.
5. Keep the Director of Nursing informed of resident condition changes.
6. Investigate and document incidents and accidents properly.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with management experience.

Additional Details

Sign-on bonuses: $10,000 for RNs and $8,000 for LPNs.
