Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in NJ.
• Current CPR certification or within 90 days of hire.
• Additional certifications may be required for other areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assessment, medication distribution, treatment, and clinical documentation.
• Supervise nursing staff and other staff as needed.
• Perform weekly immunization audits and chart reviews.
• Ensure accuracy of admission orders and data entry.
• Prepare reports for quarterly meetings and incident follow-ups.
• Respond to emergencies and codes.
