About the Role

HP Network is a New Hampshire Medicaid-approved Home & Community-Based Services (HCBS) provider serving individuals under the DD and ABD waiver programs. As we continue building our clinical team, we are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Trainer to lead staff training, medication compliance, and quality assurance activities while helping strengthen our clinical operations and culture of excellence.

This is a flexible, low-hour leadership opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the long-term success of a growing organization.

Position Overview

The RN Nurse Trainer plays a key leadership role in ensuring compliance with He-M 1201, including medication administration training, staff certification, delegation, documentation oversight, and quality assurance.
