Job Summary

The Nurse Technician provides direct patient care under supervision of RN or LPN, supporting nursing processes and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate organizational mission and values
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding patient safety and confidentiality
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges
• Provide direct patient care following guidelines and policies
• Perform nursing procedures validated by RN
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Support nutritional and mobility needs of patients
• Maintain a safe environment and report unsafe conditions
• Document care accurately and timely
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited nursing program, in good standing
• CPR certification upon hire or within 60 days
• Completion of at least one clinical semester in nursing
