Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with basic activities of daily living for patients in their place of residence
• Record observations and activities accurately
• Take and follow oral and written instructions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the care team
• Work both as part of a team and independently without direct supervision

JOB SUMMARY:

A certified nurse technician responsible for providing personal care and assisting with basic activities of daily living for patients in their place of residence. Takes oral and written instruction well. Works in a team responsibly and independently without direct supervision. Records observations and activities. Good communication skills.
