This role supports nursing staff with basic patient care, vital signs, and daily living activities in a high-quality rehabilitation setting. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with at least six months of experience in an acute or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to nursing staff with basic patient care duties.

• Take and document vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and paging systems.
