Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN is hiring a Nurse Technician to provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses. This role supports age-specific care guidelines and established procedures, with scheduled hours that may change based on department needs.

You must be currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program with CPR certification, and you will complete at least one clinical semester before appointment.

Qualifications

• Currently attending and in good standing at an accredited school of nursing.
• CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• Satisfactory completion of a minimum of one clinical semester equivalent to a fundamental in nursing course.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under direct supervision of RN or LPN.
• Perform nursing procedures after validation by a Registered Nurse.
