Qualifications

• Fluency in oral and written English is required.
• Current enrollment in good standing in an RN program.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of the registered nurse (RN) including turning, moving, or ambulating patients and gathering supplies.
• Communicate effectively with licensed staff.
• Protect patients and team members by following infection-control policies.
• Document patient care services timely and accurately.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations by keeping information secure.
• Ensure operation of equipment by verifying maintenance and calling for repairs.
• Collaborate with health care teams and participate in problem-solving.
• Attend scheduled shifts reliably and punctually.
• Adapt assessment and care methods to meet individual patient needs.
