Qualifications

• High School Grad or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Document and report procedures according to department policy.
• Participate in practice changes from performance improvement activities and support quality standards.
• Assess developmental level and needs, and communicate abnormalities to the RN.
