Job summary

AdventHealth Tampa is seeking a Nursing Assistant on a PRN schedule to support patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will perform hand hygiene, document procedures, take measurements, and help with daily activities while adhering to safety, PPE, and infection control policies.

The role requires high school diploma, enrollment or completion of a nursing program, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to care for geriatric, adult, adolescent and pediatric patients.
• Maintains accurate documentation of procedures and vitals.
• Follows infection control and safety policies consistently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of patient care under RN supervision.
• Document and report procedures accurately per policy.
• Practice appropriate hand hygiene and PPE usage; support safety standards.
