Qualifications

• 1+ year nursing assistant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled in a nursing program or completed within 1 year and not yet licensed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of patient care under RN supervision.
• Document procedures accurately per department policy.
• Follow CDC isolation guidelines and use PPE.
• Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Assess patients' developmental level and support needs.
